US Balance Relief Back to the assessment

Privacy Policy

Last updated 17 September 2026  ·  Effective 17 September 2026

The short version. We ask four questions about your debt, then your email and phone number. If your balances meet the minimum for a relief program, we pass what you told us to a debt relief provider so a specialist can contact you — that is the entire purpose of this site. If they do not, we do not pass your information to anyone. We do not sell your information to data brokers or list resellers, though we do run the Meta Pixel for advertising, which is explained below. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Who we are

US Balance Relief is a trade name of Bionic Holdings, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, which operates usbalancerelief.org (the "Site"). In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Bionic Holdings, LLC. We are a marketing and referral service. We are not a lender, a law firm, a credit repair organization, a credit counseling agency, or a debt settlement provider, and we do not negotiate with creditors or provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

This policy explains what we collect through the Site, why, who we give it to, and what you can do about it. It applies to the Site only. It does not cover what a debt relief provider does with your information after we refer you to them — once you are their customer or prospect, their own privacy policy governs, and you should read it.

What we collect

Information you give us

Through the four-question assessment and the form that follows it:

We do not ask for your Social Security number, date of birth, account numbers, bank credentials, or payment details, and you should never enter them here. We do not pull your credit report and nothing you do on this Site affects your credit score.

Information collected automatically

When you submit the form, our server records:

Our web server also keeps standard access logs containing IP addresses and requested pages. We record the IP address and timestamp of your submission because that, together with the consent wording, is the record proving what you agreed to and when.

How we use it

Who we share it with

Debt relief providers and their marketing partners. If the balance you entered meets the minimum for a program, we may share your name, contact details, and your answers with one or more providers so they can contact you about your options. This is the purpose of the Site, and the consent you give when you submit the form covers it. These companies are independent of us. We are paid a referral or per-call fee, which means we have a financial interest in referring you — you should weigh their advice with that in mind.

If you do not meet the minimum, we do not refer you. When the balance you enter is below the threshold for a program, we show you an information page and your details are not forwarded to any provider. This is enforced in our systems, not just promised here.

Service providers. Companies that host our servers, deliver our email, and provide call tracking process information on our behalf and under contract, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Legal and safety. We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or court order, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights and safety of any person.

Business transfer. If the Site or our business is sold or merged, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

What we do not do. We do not sell your information to data brokers, list resellers, or anyone unconnected to the referral you asked for. We do not post your information publicly.

Calls, texts, and your consent

When you submit the form, the wording shown on screen tells you that you agree to be contacted at the number and email you provided, including by automated dialing system, prerecorded message, or text, about debt relief options. We store that exact wording alongside your submission, with the date, time, and IP address.

That consent is not a condition of buying anything. Message and data rates may apply. You can withdraw it at any time:

  • Reply STOP to any text message
  • Tell the caller to put you on their internal do-not-call list
  • Use the unsubscribe link in any email from us
  • Email us at the address below and ask us to stop

Withdrawing consent with us stops our contact. If we have already referred you to a provider, you will need to tell that provider directly as well — we will give you their name if you ask.

Cookies and tracking

Advertising cookies. This Site runs the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. It sets cookies on your device, records the pages you view and the steps you complete, and sends that along with your IP address and browser details to Meta. We use it to measure which ads produce referrals and to let Meta find people like you. Meta may match this to a Facebook or Instagram account and use it for its own advertising purposes, under Meta's own privacy policy. You can limit this in your Facebook ad settings, and most browsers let you block or delete these cookies.

Functional storage. We also use one piece of temporary browser storage to carry your answers from the assessment to the results page. It stays on your device and is erased when you close the tab.

Typefaces. We load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads. Google's handling of that is governed by its own policy.

Your location. To save you typing, we estimate your state and ZIP code from your IP address and pre-fill those boxes for you. The estimate is often approximate, especially the ZIP code, and you can change either one. We record whether the values you submitted were ours or yours. The lookup happens on our own server.

Global Privacy Control. Because advertising cookies are now in use, a GPC signal from your browser is treated as an opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, as described below.

Call tracking and recording. The results page uses CallRail to swap in a tracking phone number, so we can tell which advertising produced a call. CallRail sets cookies and records your IP address, your browser, and how you reached the page, and links that to your call. Calls to that number may be monitored or recorded for quality and training. If a call is recorded you will be told at the start of the call, and you can ask that recording stop or end the call. CallRail acts as our service provider and handles this under its own privacy policy.

Lead certification. Companies that buy referrals generally require independent proof that you really filled the form in and really saw the consent wording. Where that applies, a certification service such as TrustedForm (ActiveProspect) or Jornaya (Verisk) records your interaction with this page — the pages you saw, what you typed, and when — and issues a certificate we pass along with your referral. Those services act as our service providers and their own privacy policies govern what they hold. If no certification script is running on this page, no such record is made.

How long we keep it

We keep submissions and their consent records for as long as we need them to document that consent and to handle any dispute or regulatory inquiry — currently five years from the date of submission, which reflects the time limits that typically apply to telemarketing claims. Server access logs are kept for a shorter period. After that, records are deleted or anonymized.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner. See your rights below.

Your rights and choices

Everyone who contacts us may ask us to delete their information or stop contacting them, wherever they live. We will honor that.

Depending on your state, you may also have the right to know what personal information we hold about you and where it came from, to get a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, to opt out of its sale or sharing and of targeted advertising, and not to be treated differently for exercising any of those rights. California, and a growing number of other states, give residents rights along these lines.

To make a request, email us at privacy@usbalancerelief.org with the email address or phone number you used, and tell us what you want done. We will respond within the time your state's law allows — generally 45 days — and we may need to ask a question or two to confirm the request is really from you. An authorized agent may act for you with written permission.

If we deny a request, we will tell you why, and you may appeal by replying to our response.

Do not sell or share my personal information

Referring you to a debt relief provider in exchange for a fee may count as a sale or sharing of your personal information under California law and similar laws in other states, even though we do not sell to data brokers.

To opt out, email privacy@usbalancerelief.org with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" and include the email address or phone number you gave us. We will stop within 15 business days and confirm when it is done.

Opting out does not require an account and costs you nothing. Note that if you opt out, we cannot refer you to a provider, which is the only service this Site offers.

Security

The Site is served over an encrypted connection, and submissions are stored on access-restricted servers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send us Social Security numbers, account numbers, or payment details — we do not need them and will not ask for them.

Children

The Site is for adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use information we already hold about you, we will take reasonable steps to tell you.
